General
This minor release has fixes for some transfer manager issues and the backup in transfer has been removed as it was problematic andrarely used. Issues around the back up failing and stopping the transfer, moving files to the back up directory after a clean transfer, running out of disk space because of large amounts of backed up data will be resolved.
