Publish and predefined list changes
RDSM-37005
During multi-threaded publishes, it is possible for the publish to fail if a List contains hundreds of entries. Most users will not encounter this problem, however, you will need this update, if you experience random publish failures after upgrading to 8.3.14 - 8.3.16.
