Site Publishing

You've worked hard on perfecting that article and it's time to show it to the world. TERMINALFOUR makes Publishing as straightforward as a click, or if you have an approval workflow, as elaborate as you need it to be.

On Publish, the content in a site or Section is output with selected Page and Content Layouts and sent to the Publish server. Since only modified elements are output on Publish, if a piece of content hasn't changed, it won't be published again.

Settings like the Page and Content Layouts to use, as well as the publish location, are configured in the Channel. Channels can then be associated with sites or Sections to determine what the published content will look like and where it is published to

Publishes are scheduled, but if you need to publish a piece of content like an urgent update outside of the schedule, then a Publish can be manually triggered.
